Dean John Eastman was quoted in an article in San Francisco Chronicle, entitled “High court’s tilt hinges on elections’ outcome.” In the piece, which addressed the current makeup of the Supreme Court, Dean Eastman stated that the election will decide “whether Kennedy remains in the center chair or whether (his vote) becomes irrelevant” in close cases.
