Visiting Professor Tom Campbell was the subject of an article entitled, “Campbell Emphasizes Fiscal Know-How in Calif. Gov. Bid.” Campbell discussed his thoughts on taxes and closing the state budget hole, as well as his relationship with the Indian-American community in California.
