The Chapman Entertainment Law clinic is credited in the film “Below the Beltway,” which will premiere at the 2010 Newport Beach Film Festival. Christian McGuigan, a third-year student who worked in the clinic last summer, is also credited in the film as an associate producer. The film festival runs April 22-29.
