Two Chapman professors participated in the “National People of Color Legal Scholarship Conference” this September at Seton Hall in New Jersey. Professor Dexter, a panelist at the Conference, discussed tax policy in a “post-racial” era. Professor Francine Lipman presented her paper, “It’s A Matter of Life or Death: A Model for the Most Important Financial Decision for Working Poor Families in America.”
