On Tuesday September 20, the Daily Journal published Professor Kenneth A. Stahl’s article, “The NFL Tackles CEQA for a Loss.” In the article, Professor Stahl discussed the California Legislature’s much overdue amendment of the state’s landmark Environmental Quality Act.
