  • Professor Katherine Darmer was a speaker and Assistant Professor Marisa Cianciarulo a moderator for a “Hot Topics” panel on “Proposition 8, Legal Challenges and The Future Of Marriage Between Same-Sex Couples.”
  • Professor Kurt Eggert was invited as a speaker for the Aging and the Law Section on the topic “Consumer Protection Law and the Elderly: What’s New – What’s Needed, To Speak about Gambling and the Elderly.”
