The Examiner published an opinion piece by Professor Hugh Hewitt entitled “Time for Government Attorneys to Stand up to Obama.” The article discussed the War Powers Act, George W. Bush, and the lawyers in the Obama Administration. “In short,” Professor Hewitt wrote, “the Imperial Presidency has never had such a proponent as Obama.” Read Professor Hewitt’s op-ed here.
