Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law Richard Falk presented “Debating International law Since 9/11: Principled and Pragmatic Controversies,” at a Chapman Dialogue this Saturday.  An audience of close to a hundred attended the event, including Lucy Reed the president of the American Society of International Law (ASIL) and Betsy Andersen, ASIL’s executive director.  In addition, dozens of student leaders from law schools throughout the 9th Circuit were in attendance.  A webcast of the event can be seen on the law school web site.  Read article …
