Professor Canova Named to Advisory Panel

Professor Timothy Canova was named to the advisory panel that will help Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders draft legislation to reform the Federal Reserve. OC Register Publishes Piece by Professor Darmer

The Orange County Register published an opinion piece by Professor Katherine Darmer entitled, “Unfair Tactics Used Against FAIR Act.” In the article, Professor Darmer discussed what the FAIR Act (which stands for “Fair, Accurate, Inclusive and Respectful”) promotes, and expressed concerns about widespread misinformation about the bill. Professor Rosenthal Gives Presentation on Employment Discrimination

Professor Rosenthal presented his work in progress, “Saving Disparate Impact,” at the Sixth Annual Colloquium on Labor and Employment Law, held at Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles. The paper considers the constitutionality of federal employment discrimination law after the Supreme Court’s 2009 decision in Ricci v. DeStefano.

Professor Rosenthal Files Brief in Supreme Court
