Chapman's Mediation Clinic to Participate in New Superior Court Program

The Riverside County Superior Court recently announced a new monthly program aimed to “reduce the court’s civic case backlog and increase access to justice for civil litigants everywhere.” The program, called “PJ Settlement Day”, acts as a “last chance” day-of-trial mediation program in which Presiding Judge Sherrill Ellsworth will help settle civil cases before they
