The Leatherby Libraries’ current interlibrary loan system (ILL), ILLiad, will continue to run until Sunday, August 19, however, on Monday, August 20, the library will shut down ILLiad. ILL patrons will not be able to submit ILL requests on Monday, August 20. From August 21 – 29, patrons will be able to submit ILL requests, but requests may take longer to process, and patrons may encounter issues when submitting and/ or requesting ILLs. If patrons encounter any issues, we ask that they email ILL@chapman.edu and notify us of the issue.

Tipasa is a new interlibrary loan management system built on the OCLC WorldShare technology platform that takes full advantage of the world’s largest resource sharing network. Tipasa reimagines features and functionality of the Windows-based ILLiad service and moves them to the cloud.

The library is very excited to transition to Tipasa, as it will streamline the process for students, staff, and faculty to utilize our interlibrary loan services.
