Connect to Knowledge: Water Rights and Resources

Reap the Rewards with these Resources

The Leatherby Libraries has gained perpetual access to a new collection from HeinOnline: Water Rights & Resources. It can be accessed either through the hyperlink or via our default link to HeinOnline (provided by the Law Library).

This database contains “Congressional documents, books, Supreme Court briefs, and legislative histories on major legislation at the state and federal level that governs all aspects of water in society, including irrigation, hydropower, water conservation, drinking water quality, and tribal water rights, and more.”

Please contact Chair of Resources & Scholarly Communications Kristin Laughtin-Dunker at laughtin@chapman.edu for any questions.
