Fashion Lovers and Researchers Rejoice! Leatherby Libraries Now Has the Entire Vogue Archive
February 7, 2025
The Leatherby Libraries is pleased to offer access to the Vogue Archive. This database includes the entire run of the US edition of Vogue from 1892 to the present, reproduced in high-resolution color images.
The Vogue Archive is an essential primary source for fashion and modern social history studies. Researchers will find the database useful when examining gender and cultural studies, including body image, gender roles, and social taste. Additionally, business and marketing researchers will find the database helpful in tracing the history of the Vogue brand identity. All text is fully searchable, and captions and credits are available for images within the magazine.
