The Leatherby Libraries Hall of Art regularly welcomes featuring exhibits from the Chapman community – faculty, staff, and students. This semester’s exhibit, “Daniel Malikyar Visuals,” showcases the work of budding photographer, Daniel Malikyar. The campus community is invited to a reception honoring Daniel and showcasing his photographs.
About the Artist
20-year-old Los Angeles-based photographer and Southern California native, Daniel Malikyar, tells a story through his imagery often unseen by most. From hanging out of helicopters thousands of feet in the air, to shooting on stage with world renowned artists, Malikyar always finds a way to blend his variety of shots into his own unique style.
Malikyar is currently a distinguished student-athlete at Chapman University where he continues to strengthen his passion for creating visual imagery while documenting his life story. Major: Public Relations & Advertising [Emphasis in Advertising] Minor: Business Administration Year of Graduation: 2017; currently a Junior.
