The Leatherby Libraries is participating in the I AM CHAPMAN campaign by featuring a rotating photography collection of Chapman students located in the Leatherby Libraries Hall of Art.

According to the campaign’s website, I AM CHAPMAN is designed to explore and affirm the different identities reflected in the Chapman University student population. By participating in the campaign and choosing three aspects of their identities to feature, students bring unique perspectives and opportunities for building a stronger Chapman community. The campaign encourages students to consider that when we have a deeper understanding of our own identity and empathy for the identities of others, we create a stronger and more inclusive community.

The photography exhibit will remain on display through Fall 2022.

This exhibit is in collaboration with the Argyros Forum Student Union and the Dean of students at Chapman University.

The Leatherby Libraries’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts align with the Chapman University Strategic Plan for Diversity & Inclusion, fostering a diverse and inclusive campus climate.
