Starting with the Class of 2025, Chapman University graduates will keep access to their university email accounts for three years after completing their final course. This change also applies retroactively:

  • Class of 2023 access will end in 2026
  • Class of 2024 access will end in 2027
  • Pre-2023 graduates will lose access on October 31, 2025.

In September 2025, IS&T will be rolling out a new opt-in email forwarding service for alumni that will allow you to maintain a Chapman email name that forwards to a personal account (i.e. Gmail). Please check your inboxes for this new service in the coming weeks.
