National Academy of Inventors Annual Meeting in Phoenix (April 8-9):

  1. The Next Generation Inventors Session that focuses on student teams who want to present their ideas of innovation through patenting, licensing or commercialization. Innovations must be relevant to the annual meeting theme: Sustainable Futures: Propelling Innovative Futures. The deadline for submission is February 14, 2020 and registration is paid by NAI. Poster presentations will be made Wednesday, April 8. (1:30 – 3:30PM).
  2. Students can attend free of charge as volunteers (8+ hours). These opportunities can be found on the 2020 Annual Meeting Volunteer Sign Up form. If students are interested in attending as a volunteer, please have them contact Tom Piechota (piechota@chapman.edu).

For the opportunities above, Chapman will provide travel for the students who attend the annual meeting. Please have them contact Tom Piechota (piechota@chapman.edu) if they are either accepted for a presentation or want to attend as a volunteer.
