The Offices of the President, the Provost, and the Vice President for Research are pleased to announce the seven (7) recipients of the 2020 Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity awards. This new program was created to support innovations that address critical gaps in knowledge related to equity, diversity and inclusion and benefit impacted communities. A total of $103,794 was awarded to the seven (7) recipient teams this year from five (5) Colleges/Schools.

Twenty-five (25) proposals totaling $343,974 were submitted to this competitive award program. They were reviewed by three (3) disciplinary faculty review groups consisting of faculty from Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; Argyros School of Business and Economics; Attallah College of Educational Studies; Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences; School of Pharmacy; and Schmid College of Science and Technology. Faculty recommendations were made to myself, the Provost, the Vice Provost for Academic Administration and the Faculty Fellow in the Office of Research. Congratulations to the following recipients:
