On September 12th, Science on Tap returns for its third season. With Provisions Market again playing host for Schmid College’s science discussion series, Dean Andrew Lyon will sit down with different guests to cover a variety of different topics while sipping on craft beers and gourmet coffees.

The 2017-2018 lineup will consist of seven different discussions, each of which will feature expert speakers covering everything from the convergence of art and science, to the environmental legacy of California’s Gold Rush. In addition to being a live event, you can now check out Science on Tap through the magic of Facebook live. You can find other episodes from the Spring semester on the Schmid Facebook page, as well as live at Provisions.

Science on Tap begins at 6:00 pm at Provisions Market, located at 143 North Glassel St. Orange, CA 92866. The event is open to the public, so be sure to get there early for better seats. All conversations will be moderated by Schmid College Dean Andrew Lyon. Check out this years schedule below!
