Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to set up and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
Schedule interviews and make travel arrangements for candidates
Greet candidates onsite and act as the primary point of contact for both candidate and interviewers during the interview process
Coordinate pre and post interview sync ups and assist in collecting feedback
Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system
Post job openings broadly and keep a pulse on candidate flow
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
Work closely with the team to continually refine our recruiting processes
Assist recruiting with sourcing and various other projects

Requirements:
Recruiting or HR experience preferred
Experience with data tracking and/or online applicant tracking systems
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with sensitive, confidential information
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High-energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
Proficiency in MS Office or PC based calendar/meeting applications
