School of Communication Advising

Summer 2024

All School of Communication undergraduate students are welcome to meet with either of our advisors in the School of Communication. At least one advisor is available every day, Monday through Friday, during the fall and spring semesters. You can access both Dr. Andrea Weber and Mr. Ezequiel Jimenez over the summer for online appointments.

To meet with your advisor:

  • Online appointments are conducted through Microsoft Teams (not Zoom). Microsoft Teams is available for free using your Chapman credentials. You can learn more about using Microsoft Teams here: Microsoft Teams information. You can book your appointment with a School of Communication Advisor here: Appointment Link
  • Fall and Spring Semester walk-in hours are in-person and do NOT require an appointment. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis during walk-in hours.
