Today, Chapman University received a complaint that the home located at 455 N. Cypress Street–incorrectly reported to be a Chapman-owned property–was being demolished.
Chapman does not own the house or property at this location. After consulting with the City of Orange, it was discovered that this project had been approved by the City at the request of a private owner.
