Crossing Guard Celebrated for Kindness, Positive Attitude on His Birthday
While you might not know his face, if you’ve driven down Walnut you’ve probably seen Francisco Arteaga’s bright yellow jacket and stop sign. Arteaga works as the crossing guard on Walnut Street, assisting students and staff with the sometimes heavy traffic flow. He is well-known by the students for having an effervescent attitude and smile
