An exclusive invitation for Dodge College students to see “Storm Surfers 3D” with special guests co-writer and directors Chris Nelius and Justin McMillan.
Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, along with Professor Harry Ufland, invite you to join us for a special screening of
Storm Surfers 3-D
on
Thursday, February 7 at 7 p.m. in Folino Theater
. There will be a Q&A with
co-writer and directors Chris Nelius and Justin McMillan following the screening.
Storm Surfers 3D
follows Australian surfing legends Tom Carroll (two-time world surfing champion) and Ross Clarke-Jones as they travel the Pacific searching for the biggest, most perfect waves imaginable. Followed by a film crew of 25 who utilized new cameras and 3D technologies, the film takes place over the course of eight different surfing missions during which Carroll and Clarke-Jones dare to go where no surfer has gone before, attempting to ride waves that have never been documented or ridden.
