In a world consumed by grief and loss, chaos and war, it’s easy to feel hopeless and helpless. Now more than ever we need tools to cultivate greater compassion and kindness in the world. It starts with us!

Enjoy an inspiring and reflective evening with two distinguished Chapman University parents and renowned experts in the fields of mental resilience and spiritual wellbeing.

Lexie Brockway Potamkin will reveal ancient spiritual techniques and practical insights from her best-selling book “Know Yourself” to build more happiness and joy in life. Allison Daily will impart her personal experience in healing from loss and professional expertise in grief-counseling in order to flourish in the face of adversity and change.

Together, they advance a rich, shared body of wisdom that invites us to cultivate greater compassion and kindness for yourself, others, and the world.
