Educational kids’ game called Protective Detective that helps inform middle schoolers about the importance of cyber safety. The goal of this game is to introduce and emphasize internet safety practices to help them navigate this rapidly evolving digital world.

She is a food and nutrition scientist specializing in the nutrition, quality, and consumer acceptance of alternative proteins, with a particular interest in edible insects.
