You may have noticed that DeMille 150 is undergoing some construction.  This area, at the end of the main hallway, will be the new Chapman University Tech Hub!  Now I know what you are thinking, “What is a “Tech Hub”? The Chapman University Tech Hub will be a place where students, faculty, and staff can go to receive training on specialized software and hold technical consultations.  It will also be a place to meet and collaborate with colleagues around technology.

At this time, the first phase (demolition) of construction is complete.  Here are some photos of the space during Phase I:

The Tech Hub is scheduled to open later this year.  Until then we will continue to document the construction progress and share the transformation as it unfolds.
