On February 19, Chapman hosted a talk by Edward J. McCaffery, Robert C. Packard Trustee Chair in Law and Professor of Law,Economics and Political Science at University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Visiting Professor of Law and Economics, California Institute of Technology. Professor McCaffery’s talk was entitled “A Unified Theory of Tax and Property.”  This event was sponsored by the Busch Firm of Irvine, California; the Tax Law Society; the Public Interest Law Foundation; the Investment Law Society; and the Federalist Society.
