Relish your summer with books from the Leatherby Libraries! If you are on campus, take a moment to drop by the Library Reference Desk and check out the Community of Readers (CoR) book display. Hold tight because you never know where the books will bring you: James C. Simmons’ The Big Book of Adventure Travel might raise your heartbeat, while The Hard Way by Mark Jenkins claims that “wanderlust is incurable.” Ease that off that high with beautiful nocturnal photographs in Robert Adam’s Summer Nights, Walking along the Colorado Front Range.

Studies have shown that not only reading, but having an active social life ranks high in keeping our brains healthy. So watch your email for upcoming brown bag lunches and head to the Center for American War Letters (CAWLA) Archive on the lower level of the Leatherby Libraries. Meet other community readers, and get connected through sharing laughs and stories.

Here’s the current CoR schedule, if you’re interested in joining us in person!
