How to Submit your Thesis or Dissertation to the Library A Leatherby Libraries Workshop

The Leatherby Libraries is hosting an in-person workshop on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 2:30 PM on submitting a thesis or dissertation to the library. The target of the workshop is Chapman University MA, MS, Ph.D., and MFA students.
The library’s Chair of Resources & Scholarly Communications Kristin Laughtin-Dunker will lead the workshop. Kristin will outline the steps to successfully submit a dissertation or thesis to the library during the session.
Topics covered in the workshop will include:
- Checklists and fillable templates
- Formatting requirements for dissertations and theses
- Librarian review procedures
- Submissions to Chapman University Digital Commons and ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global
There will also be time for Q&A about the specifics of your dissertation or thesis!

Please note: While Rinker students are welcome to attend this in-person event at the Orange campus, there will be a separate thesis and dissertation workshop at the Rinker campus the next day (Wednesday, October 4) during the PHS641/793 Seminar.
