National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Artworks and Challenge America Limited Submission
The NEA Art Works and Challenge America are two distinct grant programs; however, Chapman may submit only one (1) application for either the Art Works or the Challenge America program each year. Protection of Human Subjects Revised Common Rule
