March 19th: Annual Food Industry Networking Night
February 28, 2014
The Food Science Master’s Program at Chapman University invites you to its Second Annual Food Industry Networking Night . The event is hosted by the Food Science Student Association at Chapman University and will be Wednesday, March 19th at 6pm. For more details and to RSVP, click here.
All members of the food industry are invited and encouraged to share their experiences with our students. Some have recently graduated, some are deep in research, some are extending their studies through the joint MBA program, and some have just recently started the program. Every one of the students is excited and eager – ready to be the future of the food industry. This event is meant to help students and industry members forge meaningful connections that last beyond the night and beyond Chapman.
Both students and industry members alike found last year’s event very worthwhile! Check out this recap of the 2013 event- the numbers say it all:
Chapman students receive a high quality education that combines theoretical and practical knowledge, hones communication skills and provides hands-on training through laboratory experiences and internships. Chapman is the only school in the country that offers a joint MS Food Science/ MBA degree. Our students are actively involved in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and its Southern California chapter (SCIFTS).
