Chapman University Food Science hosts Konica Minolta Food Color Measurement Workshop
January 6, 2014
January 23, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Free registration, but space is limited
Konica Minolta Sensing Americas presents a seminar on color measurement designed exclusively for the food industry. The essence of color quality control is accurate measurement and assessment, but even standard visual color assessments have limitations. Accurate and consistent color measurement is possible with color measurement instruments for both research and production in the food industry. Sample preparation and presentation can be a critical component measurement when an instrument is used in place of the human eye. Konica Minolta provides an overview of color, and shows how color instrumentation is used in the food industry.
