Dr. Nubar Hovsepian
, Associate Professor of
Political Science and International Studies at Chapman University
, with their Distinguished Alumni Award on Thursday, May 9 at 5:30 p.m.

Each year CUNY presents this special award to one of their graduates from the Political Science Program and Dr. Hovsepian is thrilled to be recognized with this honor.

“I am elated to receive the Distinguished Alumni Award for it offers me the opportunity to get rejuvenated intellectually in and from New York City,” said Hovsepian.

In addition to accepting the award, Dr. Hovsepian will give a talk on “Edward W. Said: The Politics of an Oppositional Intellectual” at the awards event.
