On Wednesday March 15th, Beckman Hall Room 404 was fully packed with Chapman University students, faculty and staff, all eagerly awaiting the presentation from transgender mother Jessica Lynn. Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences partnered with the Psychology Department to sponsor Jessica Lynn’s presentation on a transgender mother’s struggles and challenges with parental rights.
Undergraduate students studying various fields from art and film to public relations and advertising to psychology all gathered in the Sandhu Conference Center on Wednesday December 7th. Since 2012 Chapman’s Doctorate Physical Therapy (DPT) students have volunteered for the Special Olympics. This year faculty member Dr. Sara Gilliland and close to 40 DPT students participated in and helped out with the Special Olympics November 12th and 13th.
