Dean John Eastman was quoted in an article in the Los Angeles Times, entitled “Supreme Court Gun ruling leaves questions,” which discussed whether, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s historic ruling this week overturning the Washington DC handgun ban, gun ownership is a “fundamental right” under the Constitution, or something less.
