Welcoming Our Newest Postgraduate Trainees to CUSP!
May 27, 2026
Chapman University School of Pharmacy (CUSP) is thrilled to welcome two outstanding pharmacists to our postgraduate training programs, a fellowship with Amgen and a managed care residency with SCAN Health Plan.
Tiffany Yarian, PharmD, joins us from the USC Mann School of Pharmacy as our 2026–2028 Chapman-Amgen Oncology Medical Affairs Fellow. With experience in market access consulting and industry rotations, Tiffany brings a sharp clinical and strategic perspective to her fellowship and will officially begin June 29.

Camille Olegario, PharmD, is a CUSP alumna returning as our 2026–2027 SCAN-Chapman PGY-1 Managed Care Resident. During her time at Chapman, Camille served as president of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) student chapter and helped launch a first-of-its-kind joint event with the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPO) chapter to raise awareness of managed care careers. She begins July 1.
About the Chapman-Amgen Oncology Medical Affairs Fellowship
This two-year fellowship prepares pharmacists for careers in the pharmaceutical industry by blending clinical oncology training with immersive medical affairs experience. Fellows spend their first six months completing rotations at oncology practices, then transition to Amgen’s Thousand Oaks campus for 18 months of hands-on work in scientific communications, medical strategy, and more.
About the SCAN-Chapman PGY-1 Managed Care Residency
This one-year residency, offered in partnership with SCAN Health Plan, develops expert managed care pharmacists with a focus on senior populations. Residents gain experience in formulary management, Medicare Part D pharmacy trend analysis, STAR and HEDIS quality measures, medication therapy management, and more. In addition to providing clinical pharmacist services, they will also earn a teaching certificate through CUSP and a year-long research project.
