Need help in converting your recipe into a commercial formulation?
Where will you manufacture your product? How will you finance your business?

The Chapman University Food Science Program and the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics will partner again September 27-28, 2013 to host the annual Food Entrepreneur’s Workshop at Chapman University. Learn how to develop your product, find a manufacturer, negotiate with brokers and distributors, write an effective business plan, obtain capital backing, and market your product to ensure that your product will move successfully into the marketplace.

“The single most important thing I did before launching my relish business was to attend the Chapman University workshop. This class gave me all the necessary information I needed to get up and running. I highly recommend this short course to anybody who is serious about getting into this industry.”
