He received both the Outstanding Senior Award in Biological Science as well as the Ronald M. Huntington Award for Outstanding Scholarship representing the graduating senior with the most distinguished record of academic scholarship.

In a big year for Schmid College, alumna Elizabeth Berrigan ’14 was among the few awarded the prestigious National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship in Physics and Astronomy – Theoretical Physics.
