Upcoming Construction Work on Center for Science and Technology Site
On Saturday, August 6th, the Center for Science and Technology construction firm CW Driver will be hauling dirt from underground utility trenches, starting at 9:00 a.m. The truck route will be down Glassell, from Katella to Walnut, and after picking up the dirt, the trucks will head down Center Street, take a right on Palm,

Scheduled Construction Projects on Palm Ave. and Glassell St.
The City of Orange Public Works department has just informed Chapman University of the city-sponsored Palm Avenue street rehabilitation project and theADA ramp rehabilitation project on Glassell Street, both of which will be taking place August 1st through the 5th. During this time, eastbound on Palm Avenue will be closed from Cypress Street to Olive Street.
Center for Science and Technology Construction on Saturday, 7/30
C.W. Driver, the construction firm contracted to work on the Center for Science and Technology, will be working this Saturday, July 30, on both underground utilities and electrical at the site. They will be working within the hours permitted by the City of Orange.
Lastinger Parking Structure impacted on Thursday, July 28
Due to paving work by the Gas Company on a city-sponsored project, access in to and out of Lastinger Parking Structure (at Glassell/Walnut) will be impacted on Thursday, July 28 for Chapman employees, students and guests Other parking options The Barrera Structure, Cypress Lot and West Campus Structure are available alternatives for parking this Thursday.
