Two years ago, Chapman University’s Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) introduced the PantherBot Chatbot to the university’s community. PantherBot utilizes AI to provide quick and reliable information, ensuring you receive the help you require anytime, anywhere, and on any device. This anonymous and multilingual chatbot allows you to ask questions in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese.
PantherBot boasts an extensive knowledge base, enabling it to provide you with answers to your questions promptly. Additionally, live chat support is available when agents are online, which you can connect to by typing “Live Chat.” When live agents are unavailable, PantherBot will ask for some basic information to create a request on your behalf, ensuring that someone will get back to you.
PantherBot is available on the following Chapman University sites: Academic Advising, IS&T, Office of the Registrar, Office of Residence Life, Ticketing Office, Student Business Services, Undergraduate Admission, Center for Global Education, Undergraduate Financial Aid, and Office of Parent Engagement. It will soon be available on additional sites.
If you have not had a chance to try PantherBot yet, give it a go today. When you visit a page that supports PantherBot, you’ll see a chat window appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. Simply click on it to begin interacting with the chatbot.
