BFA Art graduate is now the Assistant Director at LA Gallery

BFA Art graduate, Tyler Park, ’13, is now the Assistant Director at Carter & Citizen Gallery, a contemporary art gallery located at 2648 La Cienega Avenue in Los Angeles. Gallery hours are Tuesday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., and by appointment.
Park has had a variety of experiences during his time at Chapman University, including an Internship with François Ghebaly Gallery in Los Angeles where he worked with artist Patrick Jackson on a sculpture titled, “All Cut Up”, that later became part of the exhibit. In addition to that, Park had the opportunity to work with artist Neil Beloufa on a film that will be featured in the Hammer Museum this summer and worked at the Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art as a Gallery Associate.
At Carter & Citizen, Tyler will shadow and work with Whitney Carter in producing shows, serving as an artist liaison, working with collectors, clients and museums in purchasing work, and helping with the daily functions and aspects of the Gallery.
