Assistant Professor John Compton in the department of Political Science was awarded the 2012 Law & Society Association’s Dissertation Prize.  His dissertation “A Moral Revolution: Evangelical Reform and the Transformation of American Constitutionalism, 1830-1937” was the unanimous choice of the committee. Chapman Debate Team Ranked 14!

They are currently ranked 14th in the nation after an impressive showing at the 2012 Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament (which included 70 schools, 283 Debate Teams, and 1,329 Individual Events). Dawn Huxley’s Trip to New York

New Course for Chapman Students

A new course will be available for Chapman students that offers hands-on practice teaching 9th and 10th graders and  allow students to acquire professional experience while earning college credit simultaneously.
