For a quarter of a century the California Special Olympics have brought together thousands of children and adults with mental or physical disabilities for sports training and competition. Huell joins Olympic gold Medalist Rafer Johnson, the long time director of these games, at this very moving Silver Anniversary Special Olympics at UCLA. 1990
