Starting 1/16/24, students and faculty members can embark on a user-friendly journey through our new online system, meticulously crafted to bring ease and flexibility to academic procedures. Digital transformation is not just about replacing paperwork; it’s about redefining how we interact with the essential processes that shape the academic journey. 

Key Advantages of the Digital Transition 

  • Anywhere, Anytime Accessibility: Submitting and approving Change of Major and Minor forms is no longer bound by physical constraints. With the new digital platform, faculty can access and manage forms from anywhere at any time, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Effortless Navigation: The transition introduces a simplified, intuitive interface. Navigating the Change of Major/Minor is as easy as logging in to the Faculty or Student Center with your campus credentials, completing the eForm, and submitting it with a click of a button. Important Note: You may need to reset your browser’s cache to see the changes.
  • Streamlined Approvals: The digital transition isn’t just about submission; it’s about expediting the approval process. Faculty members will experience a smoother, more efficient workflow, reducing the time it takes to review and approve change requests.
