“Jon has been instrumental in multiple extracurricular events held on campus this past year, such as the Printmaking Steam-Roller Party, Happening/Unhappening, the Veterans Chili-bowl Fundraiser, and the Student Holiday Art Sale. The Art department asked Jon to sit on the photo lab tech hiring committee and he has regularly taken minutes at the Art Department meetings. This past year Jon has volunteered to take on extra responsibilities, as his coworker Duane Matthews has been preparing for retirement. Jon exemplifies the characteristics we value in our classified employees. He is a team player, always willing to help and always greets you with a smile.”
