Chapman University Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the upcoming Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update, which will take place on Saturday, May 6th, 2023. This new global update will improve the platform’s security, performance, and reliability. The update is necessary to ensure that the virtual meeting experience meets the needs of all Zoom users.

We recommend informing your meeting participants about the planned maintenance window. We also advise updating your Zoom client to the latest version before May 6th to ensure a smooth transition once the platform is back up and running. If you need assistance updating your Zoom client or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Service Desk team.
