To create a faster and more efficient printing experience, Chapman University’s Information Systems and Technology is piloting a new printing service with WEPA. WEPA is a convenient and user-friendly service allowing our students to print from any device. During the pilot, WEPA stations are placed in Argyros Forum Union Tech (by Amazon Lockers), the Rotunda in the Leatherby Libraries on the Orange campus, and the new Campus Center on the Rinker campus.

WEPA empowers the students to use an app (Android or iOS) or their Mac or Windows devices to start their printing process. Students can easily upload their documents to WEPA using any internet service provider. They can then go to the nearest WEPA station and complete their process. WEPA supports several types of documents, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and more.

WEPA accounts are available to all students and will be charged per page. All users will have a starting balance of $20 during the pilot. You only pay if the document is printed. There are three ways that students can pay for their documents through WEPA: With a WEPA account, a debit or credit card, or with their Chapman ID card.

WEPA offers live support to students at 1-800-675-7639 or online through its website (Click on support to chat with a representative). It will provide direct support for any issues experienced while using the service.

WEPA is currently being piloted on the Orange campus. Once the pilot is completed and depending on the feedback we receive, we may expand the WEPA’s printing station to more locations on the Orange and Rinker campuses.

Thank you,
