Wilkinson College of Humanities and Social Sciences and the History Department present a lecture titled, “Black Identity Formation and Social Change in Post-WWII Britain” with Winston James on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Beckman Hall, Room 206.
Winston James, who was born in Jamaica and brought up in Britain, earned his doctorate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London. He is currently a Professor of History at the University of California, Irvine.
