Professor Micol Hebron will be presenting a lecture on critical theories of “cute” at the Pasadena Armory Center for the Arts on September 21, 2013, 6-8 p.m.

As part of the closing reception for the exhibition “Show and Tell”, Professor Hebron will discuss the impact of evolutionary psychology, ethology, gender, and aesthetics upon the development of that which we consider to be ‘cute’.

Professor Hebron will present a petting zoo to accompany her lecture, and visitors are invited to pet cute animals while listening to her presentation. The event is free and open to the public.
